Do you access your camera via Axis Edge and your stream cannot start? Most likely, the issue is that the camstreamer user was not created on your camera. Despite our utmost efforts to handle this automatically, we are unable to resolve it for older system versions or for certain edge cases we could not simulate.
You can verify it in System > Accounts
How to fix it
a) Create a user named camstreamer with the role Viewer and assign it a secure password.
b) Save this password in the CamStreamer App using your browser.
Use the request below, replacing IPADDRESS with the IP address of your camera and PASSWORD with the password you created. Once updated, paste the URL into your browser and press Enter.
